Time for tea and cereal

Today I was food shopping when I came across the new Clipper Tea packaging designed by Big Fish. As soon as I saw them on the shelf I knew I had to buy a packet
(or two!).

It was the bold illustration and use of typography that caught my eye first. Then the use of colour really made me excited as they have chosen pastel shades to contrast against the naively illustrated silhouette of the tea cup and saucer.

Once home and in front of my laptop (with a nice cup of Clipper tea, i’ll add!) I set about finding out what else Big Fish had been up to. To my surprise they also designed the Dorset Cereals packaging, another design favorite of mine.

Again with this packaging design I love the colours used and also the die cut logo which appears on all their packaging.

In conclusion today was a visually exciting food shop!

Thank you so much for the kind words about our work. I’m not sure if you’ve discovered some of our other brands such as tggreen.co.uk (which makes classic striped kitchenware called Cornishware) and biscuiteers.co.uk which is an online gift service that’s all about sending beautiful hand-iced biscuits rather than flowers. If you haven’t then I can heartily recommend them! Best wishes, Perry (big fish)
